When I share the music of my heart and soul, I am sharing my prayers with you and transmitting a certain healing frequency through my voice. This is why I like to refer to it as a "prayerformance" rather than a "performance." SONG WEAVING CIRCLES
These circles can involve facilitated song sharing of my own songs as well as other sacred songs of various traditions. The intention is to create a sense of community/belonging, to open the heart & voice, to expand your song singing repertoire, to co-create music and to explore your own musical expressions through improvisation. We all have a gift to share in the song circle- because we each have a unique voice and creative expression.
CEREMONIAL SPACE HOLDING
I officiate weddings (I am an ordained minister) and facilitate transformational ceremonies and healing rituals. It is my absolute joy to hold a sacred and safe container of love and truth, in service to the healing and liberation of the whole.
VOCAL OPENING
This can be in a group setting or in a private session. Our voices are also powerful tools for our healing and transformation- through the sounds we allow ourselves to make, the words that we choose to speak, the songs that we sing and the prayers that we pray. We live in a world in which many people are afraid to be heard or feel shut down in expressing their voice. I wish to empower you in fully opening and your voice, to activate your own healing potential. We can and will do this through the tools of toning, mantra, affirmation, movement, and so much more! SONG WRITING WORKSHOPS/DAY LONG IMMERSIONS
Do you wish to receive more guidance in song writing/composition? It doesn't really matter your level of songwriting skill, it only matters that you have the intention and desire to create and share a song. The possibilities are endless because we each are a unique human being. Together we will explore the many facets of songwriting, practice deep listening of our hearts and souls, and you will have the space to delve right in to creating your own song. You will also have the opportunity to be witnessed and supported in sharing your song in our circle.

This symbol carries the frequencies of the Hummingbird, the Sacred Divine Feminine, and the qualities of Venus and Earth. The hummingbird symbolizes the enjoyment of life, the lightness of being and the liberated soul. It is also one of my spirit animals. The hummingbird is ‘tapping into’ a flower design that is actually the sacred geometry design of the dance between Venus and the Earth!! Amazing, because it is also the 5 petal flower , which is of course a symbol of the Goddess. VENUS represents Love and Beauty and the Pleasures in Life, especially the Arts! To me, this symbol, which I also have tattooed on my forearm is a reminder of Staying true to myself, to My Art and to my Heart- and to “Tap into” the Nectars of Life- that is Truth, Love and Beauty!
