As you might guess, the theme of this album is Integration- of taking the time to slow down, reflect, introspect and to honor and integrate the experiences of our life, so that we may grow in wisdom, compassion and loving awareness.
For me, these songs have been my integration of this ceremony of life over the past 10 years, through all the joy, pain, grief and praise. Our integration is absolutely essential to our transformation and evolution as human beings. It essentially is the ART of our Transformation- and understandably, integration "looks" different for everyone. My prayer is that these songs bring inspiration, healing and awakening to those who listen. |

This is a collection of electro-world beats fused with prayer, self-inquiry and affirmations of our inner inherent creativity and power. We humans are creative by our very nature. What is it that you wish to create? What is it that you are ready to release and let go of , in order to make room to receive? In this Ceremony of Life, it is a dance of balance~ Of being Open to Receive and Open to Letting Go.
What is that you have been holding back, that your heart desires to share with the world? And what are ready to release to be free? Let it Flow.... It is always my prayer that this music brings inspiration, healing and awakening. I also hope this music inspires you to move your body- because Movement is Life. ~Many of these songs on this album come from a previous “era” of my life, yet really came full circle in the last 10 year cycle. Its those “full circle moments” that can give perspective of the meaning of our lives- how far we’ve come in this healing journey, and perhaps how much further we aspire to go.
~This circular nature of existence is actually more like a spiral, because we are always circling yet gaining more experience, wisdom & perspective on the way. ~When we are present and aware, we have the power to actually consciously co-create our experience- and this moment here now will never come again. ~ Life’s lessons can come in energetic waves, in sounds, symbols and synchronicities and sometimes can take a considerable amount of time to really anchor in one’s being to a depth that brings an awareness of true transformation. ~Sometimes its helpful to remind ourselves of the awesome miracle that we are all spiraling together through space and that each moment of our lives is truly unique and will never some again.~ Listen close to this musical medicine for the meaningful messages of Gaia- our Mother Earth. We are all a part of this sacred web of life and we have the power to intentionally co-create our realities as embodied "elemental beings," and become clear channels to the source of power that created this dream of life. While many look to science and technology for the truth and needed solutions to the problems we face today, we can also turn inwards to the truth love, beauty and wisdom of our Being- and live from this place of knowing that we are all interconnected- that at an Elemental level we are all made up of the same stuff that makes the stars, that flows in the rivers, that dwells in the depths of the oceans and that soars at the highest mountain peaks. We are all a part of this magical, miraculous mystery- Beings of the Earth, Air, Water and Fire- and we are Spirit, eternal and undying. May we honor this Elemental Being within us all. Blessed Be.

This album was conceived from my love and appreciation for the ancient wisdom of the Vedas- some of the oldest sacred texts in the world, from which Yoga originated. It is said that in this age, devotional chanting/singing with adoration of the Divine (Bhakti Yoga) may be the easiest way for us connect with our consciousness (higher Self). I believe it is true ~the healing and uniting power of music is universal.
This album is dedicated to... > the carriers of spiritual wisdom- the great and humble teachers-past, present and future-that devote their lives towards guiding others on the path of liberation from suffering & realization of Self > to mother India where so much of this wisdom came from & is perpetuated > to this living Earth for all the life which it sustains > to this great mysterious existence - this great holographic dream- originating from the great cosmic mind & consciousness of which we all have the great blessing of connecting with in this life & beyond. I believe the more we seek to understand our true nature that is eternal & deathless, the less we fear death & the more we can truly live. |

"NECTAR MEDICINE"- RELEASED 7/17/17
All proceeds received for this compilation album "Nectar Medicine" will be donated to the following: 1. a bike fund for Cambodian school children of rural villages outside of Siem Reap (A bicycle costs about $45. Some village kids have to walk up to 13 km a day to school, so having a bike is a really big help. My Cambodian friend Kimthol Yoeun, is who is running this program, he was born in one of these villages. Website for this program is currently under construction, but I will post when its finished! 2. Music for Everyone School- is a small music school in Siem Reap where kids can learn to play instruments, and shine their gifts and inspire others through their performing. I met many of these children last fall when I participated and helped to facilitate "Kindness festival." They were so amazing and highly spirited. It is beautiful to see the people of Cambodia emerging and blossoming in their creative fullness after their recent past of soul-devastating trauma from genocide of Khmer Regime. I was deeply touched by the people of Cambodia, especially the Children. Their resiliency as a people is truly inspiring and their kindness and hospitality was very humbling. |

"From the inside" (E.P.) is a collection of songs that are prayers, inquiries and affirmations for Truth, Clarity, Healing and the bringing forth of inner power that comes "from the inside." This album contains a diversity of sounds ranging from acoustic-style songs with the sounds of nature to electronic beat based songs- All original compositions and songs, entirely produced by me! My personal favorite: "Almighty One."

What does "Nectarian" mean? When we Source our empowerment from the Sweetness of our own Self-realization, is this not the sweetest Nectar to sip? In this way, we are "Nectarians," tapping into the nectar of pure presence, our true essence that is beautiful and divine. In this nectar of your being there is Truth, Freedom, Bliss, Unity, and Peace. Deep down, our essence is the same Consciousness yet How we find this essence may be different for everyone. I say, Perhaps it can be be very simple- as simple as Sound.
All elements and matter can be reduced to energy of varying frequencies, which essentially is Sound. This means that even your very own Being is Sound, at its most fundamental level. We are vessels of sound and we are creators of sound and we exist in a Universe ("One Song") of seemingly infinite Sound. We cannot sing alive our dreams and visions of Peace and Unity without an Open Heart. This is a time of great Vigilance and Self-Responsibility, in order to grow into our amazing potential as human beings. We know that we must change ourselves if we wish to change the world and BE the Love we Seek. "Nectarian" is the title of my first album, released in early 2013, containing 13 tracks, over 70 minutes of sound journeying, recorded on the Big Island of Hawaii, my long time home. It is my wish that these songs that come through me bring healing and transformation, to those that listen. I am so grateful to all who continue to support my vision and for all the insights and selfless service I have received along the way of my musical journey.
